What is the cancellation policy?

We accept cancellations. You will be refunded if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of purchase and if your order has not yet shipped.

What is the return/exchange policy?

We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Please note: each return/exchange request is assessed before being accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted. To request a return/exchange, please reach out by utilizing our contact form here.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes - Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned/exchanged, including, but not limited to, custom orders (such as personalized items), personal care items (such as beauty products), sale items, or gift cards.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Where are your products created?

All of our products are handmade locally on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. We take pride in being able to create each item with love.

When will I receive my order?

We will work quickly to process + ship your order as soon as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on order type/size, item availability, and your location.

Typically, in stock items are processed + shipped within 1-5 days.

Custom Orders are typically confirmed + completed within 1-3 weeks.

Please note: delays may occur with custom orders if there is low stock on particular material items. If this is the case, I will reach out to let you know as soon as possible to discuss delay time and/or other options!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order.
